Community Map

The Atlanta International Night Market Foundation: Though AINM is a regular event that features the traditions, cultures, foods, and experiences of Atlanta’s diverse communities, the organization also gives back in the form of educational programs that promote personal growth and self-sufficiency through improved health, child and family development, and community development. This company would be a great partnership to offer resources during International Night as well as the countless community outreach events sponsored by Meadowcreek.

The Center for Pan Asian Community Services, Inc.: Since the 1980s, this service agency provides support to Georgia’s Asian and Pacific Islander communities, offering community education, counseling, and advocacy resources. CPACS could collaborate with Meadowcreek’s Asian and Pacific Islander communities during International Night to showcase their resources and traditions, as well as establish support for families.

Helping Mamas: Founded in 2018, this non-profit was created by mothers for mothers. Helping Mamas offers support in the form of baby supplies, specifically diapers, to mothers in need. This organization could work with Meadocreek to support the many students who are currently mothers. Additionally, Meadowcreek could create some sort of drive for supplies needed by this organization.

Last Hope Foundation: This is a humanitarian-aid organization created in 2018 aims to reduce poverty, hunger, and preventable illness in our communities. Currently, this foundation has focused its efforts on Ukrainian refugees seeking support in the areas surrounding Meadowcreek. This organization could work with the students at Meadowcreek and their families who have recently immigrated from the Ukraine.

Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries: This organization aims to help families in crisis through community support, and is backed by several community churches, businesses, and other non-profits. NCM is a fantastic resource for Meadowcreek families who need immediate support and transitional services.
